3. Damaged, Contaminated, or Unfit Products
detiramisu.nl guarantees the quality and safety of its products. Customers are entitled to a refund if the delivered item is:

- altered or unfit for consumption upon delivery.

- a store credit of equal value.
4. Reporting Procedure
To request a refund, customers must:

deTIRAMISU reserves the right to decline requests lacking sufficient evidence.
5. Processing Time
Once the claim is received and verified, deTIRAMISU will process the refund within 5 business days.
